Beautiful Engagement Shoot Alert!!

I had to share with you all this amazing engagement shoot I did in Napa. Julia reached out to me looking to take some engagement photos in one of her and her fiancé’s(Lee) favorite places, Napa! I of course was like, YES, that is one of my favorite places too! They are both from the midwest and moved out to Reno, NV for Lee’s new job and wanted to celebrate their anniversary and engagement in the beautiful town. They were looking for a mixture of both modern and Napa traditional, so we picked Domaine Chandon as their first backdrop.

Domaine Chandon is up in my top favorite sparkling wines. For my 21st birthday, I went wine tasting at a few places in Yountville and Domaine Chandon was one of them. I have been obsessed with them ever since! Location wise, I love this winery because there a ton of different places to explore while visiting. As well as awesome engagement shoot backdrops.

The next location we chose was the French Laundry Gardens! If you haven’t been there yet, you definitely need to go. This is the private culinary garden for the French Laundry and is located directly across the street from the restaurant. Especially at sunset, this location is gorgeous. Lots of greenery, an interesting greenhouse and rolling hills nestled directly behind. Both the winery and the garden made for an awesome adventure with Julia & Lee. I am so excited for their future together!
