I had such a fun time photographing the Tarrant family at Crane Creek Regional Park in Rohnert Park. Lisa also happens to be my cousin and well, I have known her my whole life. It has been such a pleasure seeing her family grow with her amazing husband, Bryan. I am obsessed with these two little munchkins Scout and Maverick. Very much looking forward to watching them grow up.
When it came to the session, both of the kids were great sports. Photographing children can be tough because they don’t really want to be doing the same thing for 30 minutes and have some weirdo adult directing them on what to do. That is why I always try and make it fun for my clients and their children during their shoots — so the session doesn’t seem like a chore but a fun activity to do instead. Not only will they cherish the photographs they receive, they will be able to remember the fun times they had when they were getting the photographs taken. It is all part of my fun, carefree, & comfortable process.
