Left My Heart in San Francisco
There are so many wonderful places to photograph loving couples in the Bay Area but I think I may have a sweet spot for San Francisco. I have been living in this amazing city for the last 2 years and have loved every second of it. Another wonderful feature is having such incredible couples living here too! When I first met Brielle & Sam, it felt like we were meant to have this adventure together. We found that we all 3 graduated the same Fall 2013 term at UC Berkeley! Such a weird coincidence, since most people graduate in the Springtime. They let me know that they wanted to have their engagement session in San Francisco because their love for the city and the urban environment is important to them. Of course I was like, “Yes, please!” So I drafted up a fun route to venture on and we were on our way!
I had so much fun with these two love birds, seriously….they are definitely soulmates. We started off at Pier 7, made our way to the Ferry Building, then up California Street, and ending the adventure by chasing the sun up to the top of Montgomery Street. Even though they haven’t had any professional photographs taken together before, they were naturals! They were open to every prompt and suggestion I gave them and I think the photos really reflect how awesome they really are.
