Palace of Fine Arts Wedding

This Palace of Fine Arts wedding at one of San Francisco’s famous locations turned out to be absolutely drop-dead gorgeous! When Ashley and Koby told me that their wedding location was at The Palace of Fine Arts I was unbelievably excited to capture their special day. Since I studied art history with an emphasis on architecture in college, I knew that I was the best person to capture their wedding and this experience would hold an extra special place in my heart.

The Palace of Fine Arts is Both Beautiful and Timeless

Are you in search for a unique location that few people use for their wedding or elopement? If yes, then the Palace of Fine Arts is your spot! Not only is the architecture absolutely stunning, the landscape and water backdrop is perfect too. It is so well maintained and beautiful that it should 100% be on your list of possible wedding or elopement locations. If you are like, “Yes, tell me more!” learn more about the Palace of Fine Arts. Fun fact, the building was made for the 1915 World Fair. How cool is that?

If you can’t tell, I am definitely obsessed with this Palace of Fine Arts wedding because of how different it was. It was unlike all the “typical” weddings you see! Simply and perfectly – unique! My kinda style!

Intimate Wedding at the Palace of Fine Arts

Ashley and Koby had a very brief ceremony in the morning. You can hardly tell, but there was definitely some typical San Francisco weather as it was so windy and overcast. But, it did not hold us back, because we made literal magic happen!!! Don’t believe me? Keep scrolling to see for yourself. They decided to not do a first look so when Koby saw Ashley for the first time it was during the walking down the aisle moment! They had their ceremony in the center of rotunda with their small group of friends and family. They also had a violinist that made the space so dreamy as the music echoed off the walls. If I could, I would love to go back to that moment. I loved being a part of their day – they were so sweet.
