Larissa and Matt’s all-inclusive California elopement day was an actual dream to be a part of. I went to high school with Larissa, so to witness her get married was such a treasure! They utilized my all inclusive elopement service so I was there for everything! I did the planning, set up their picnic, coordinated, chose to florals, and even officiated their ceremony along with capturing their photographs! Larissa + Matt’s California Elopement Surprise
Larissa planned this gorgeous elopement day as a surprise for Matt! They were already planning on going up to their favorite spot in Pinecrest, and she wanted to plan a surprise elopement for him! They had been planning on getting married forever, so it was the perfect thing for them!
Larissa proposed to him a few weeks before the elopement and shared the news with him – he was super excited. We originally were going to hike up to the top of one of the peaks there but changed our minds and drove to another secluded peak instead. They got ready at their friends cabin in the woods and they also did a sweet first look at the cabin with the prettiest backdrop!
An All Inclusive Experience in the Foothills
We then went to the peak and had a picnic before the ceremony, what a dream! They had their ceremony and I officiated it – they read their vows to one another and it was a super sweet moment. We took portraits with the gorgeous foothills landscape and enjoyed our time exploring up there together. We later went to the lake and had a celebratory dinner! They even got in the water and I got to snap some photos. They had two other friends there (the friends who owned the cabin) and me! We all spent a few nights at the cabin and had such a fun time all together! This whole experience and weekend with Larissa and Matt and their generous friends, was such a blast!
