I loved being a part of this all-inclusive wedding day with Diana and Caleb at Montalvo Arts Center in Saratoga, California! Not only was I able to photograph their beautiful day but I was also the lead planner and lead florist! This was primarily a just a reception celebration as they had their ceremony a year prior at the Greek Orthodox Church that my team photographed! An Easy, Seamless, and Fun Wedding Day In Saratoga

Their day went super smooth and was fun for them to have their reception at such a beautiful venue! To make my all-inclusive wedding days work, it requires a full team! I do all the backend work before the wedding and on the day of. What is really awesome is that I have an assistant planner. They can manage things where I can’t be since I am off photographing! And, on top of that, I have a second photographer who can help capture moments! I also arrange all the florals myself before the ceremony. Then, I arrive early on site to deliver and help set up before photos! And of course, I am one of the last vendors leaving! It is a long and fun day and so worth it! One of the best parts about when my couples say yes to my all inclusive weddings is that the majority of the vendors and planning is all under one person – myself and my team!

“Where do I even begin! We hired Michelle as our photographer for our May 2020 wedding that ended up getting pushed twice due to COVID. Michelle was understanding, flexible, transparent, and communicative with each change.
