This super sweet couple decided to have me capture their beach engagement photos in Half Moon Bay and I couldn’t have been more honored! We went with the beautiful Fitzgerald Marine Reserve and Montara Beach as our main locations to photograph at. Choose Your Favorite Beach For Your Engagement! I Promise You Won’t Regret It!
Something hits different when you choose a location for your engagement photos based on where you and your partner LOVE! These two live close to Montara Beach and Fitzgerald Marine Reserve so it was 100% a must! And it is actually a favorite area of theirs. When you feel comfortable at a location, magic happens. Because they were so comfortable at this location we were able to all feel relaxed, completely unposed and overall in the zone! I promise you, you won’t regret choosing a location that is special to you and your partner. In their case – it was their favorite beach. What would your special location look like?
Their Beautiful Love Story
We had so much fun during the session and got to know them even more! They have been together for over 2 years and met in DC. They met through a mutual friend at a bar called Wet Dog! Love that! They love a good takeout or dinner date with some Netflix binging with a homemade cocktail. Sounds like the perfect evening to me too!
It made sense that they chose this location for their engagement photos because Stefan proposed in the redwoods the day they got their keys to their first apartment! So cute! Stefan is in medical school currently. This definitely made it hard to find a date for the session to work – but we did it!! They just moved to Menlo Park in May and their wedding is in October and I can’t wait to capture their wedding day next! I love learning all about my couples to make their day as special to them as possible. I sure think we pulled it off!
