This editorial elopement in California at Muir Beach Overlook with Monika and Matthew turned out so beautiful! They originally were supposed to have their wedding at Jefferson Street Mansion but they had to cancel due to COVID. Then, they planned to elope in Ireland but that didn’t work either so they decided that this beautiful ocean-view location was the best for them. And, soon they realized this outcome was exactly what they wanted and needed for their elopement and celebration of their love! They had a beautiful small ceremony with only their parents and I was SO happy to be a part of their day! See more of their editorial beach elopement day below!

A Beachy Yet Editorial Vibe Elopement Wedding Day

We had their ceremony in a small shaded alcove near the overlook! After the ceremony, we took family photos and portraits of the bride and groom around the overlook. The bride had a dress hand made in Ireland for her Ireland elopement plan! So, before we headed to the next location, I opened up my portable changing room and she changed into her blue Ireland dress. We went to Muir Beach and took more portraits of them together there! It was amazing! The whole day had this very editorial vibe and you could tell how in love they really are! And, to top it off they now have a family because they had a baby at the beginning of this year!! These two are so sweet and it was amazing being a part of capturing this intimate elopement day!
