This California coastal elopement was so dreamy and so laid back! This elopement was at Greenwood Creek State Beach in Elk on the California Mendocino coast, which is such a stunning location! I loved how intimate and secluded the beach was and the breathtaking Pacific Ocean views. This beach is the perfect spot for an elopement. It’s tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city and offers plenty of privacy for an intimate beach elopement!
Kelsey & Erics Intimate California Mendocino Coastal Elopement
When I tell you this was an intimate elopement, I mean it! It was just Kelsey, Eric, and two of their friends, with one of them even being the officiant! Plus, both couples brought their dogs which was so fun. They were there the whole time and also enjoyed the views of the ocean while playing together on the beach. We had to reschedule a few times because of Covid as this was in 2020. Kelsey was actually pregnant at the time and so she didn’t want to wait too long though.
We did their ceremony and some bride and groom portraits up on the cliffs, and then did the remaining portraits down at the beach! We ended up chilling down there for a bit and soaked up the moment while letting the dogs run before we continued on to get some more photos! It was truly the most perfect day.
