A Whimsical & Charming Redwood Forest Wedding in Mill Valley

This charming Redwood Forest wedding in California Mill Valley was so beautiful! In the beautiful redwoods of Mill Valley, Lauren and Stefan chose The Outdoor Art Club for their wedding venue. They actually got engaged in the redwoods on the day they got the keys to their first apartment. It was only natural that they also had a redwood forest wedding! They both shared intimate first looks with each other at the venue and we also did bridal party portraits there. Then we headed over to Old Mill Park and did their bride and groom portraits! Theres just something so whimsical and magical about being surrounded by the redwoods! These two were so sweet and I loved every minute of capturing their wedding day!

For this wedding, I did the photography, videography, and florals! Having the opportunity to provide Lauren and Stefan with all three of these services on their wedding day was an honor! I also source my florals from local and sustainable farms in support of the local agriculture and businesses! Lauren wanted her mother to make her bridal bouquet, so I brought in loose flowers for her to make the bouquet before the ceremony. It was such a special moment for Lauren and her mother! Her bouquet turned out so beautifully, which isnt a surprise because her mother is a florst!

The bridal party group was so much fun! They had great energy from the beginning of the day to partying it out at the reception! Some of the groomsmen even had temporary tattoos of Stefan on their butt, which was so funny! They also had personalized wine bottles as party favors which were so cool! Instead of a traditional wedding cake, the bride and groom shared a cannoli together. It was so sweet! After the ceremony, Lauren changed into a stunning reception dress so she could enjoy dancing more fluidly. Overall, this day was so a fun, vibrant, and lovely wedding day!
